Last Sunday, August 1st, Taj turned 4!
He got a rubber snake that loves to sneak up and scare people. The snake's name is Lucille.
Fireman Taj to the rescue.
Taj uses this lunchbox to carry his "scripture power" to church.
These people are cute.
Taj experimenting with how loud his new bike horn is on his ear.
Super duper hug.
Its my birthday and I am allowed to make whatever faces I want to!
funfetti cupcakes so delicious
Taj has been pleading for weeks to get a Thomas the train umbrella. This ever since Grandma Gail came to his soccer game with her umbrella for shade.
Since Taj's birthday fell on a Sunday we planned a little slip'n'slide party on Tuesday.
The one thing Taj consistently asked for for his birthday was a Thomas the Train cake. Our friend Sarah made this delicious and awesomely decorated cakesterpiece. Notice the perspective of the train tracks getting bigger as they wrap down the side of the cake because they are in the foreground. That is artistry.
Seriously having fun
Water balloons, bubbles blown onto little kids heads and modified milk carton water balloons catchers.
Taj putting on his leash so he could practice surfing on the boogie board.
Ari had no clue why there was so much craziness going on but she never stopped to question, she just enjoyed the party.
Cathy chalk tagged our wall with a festive mural.
Pizza
The best present Taj got for his birthday was getting to play with all his friends and just have fun.
